COVID-19 in Assembly District 19 Dear Friends: Over the last six weeks, I have hosted numerous Town Halls on Facebook to answer questions regarding the impacts of COVID-19 on our community. My guests have included experts on economic recovery, public health, small business, anti-Asian hate crimes and public education. With Governor Newsom planning to announce this Thursday, May 7, the standards by which we can begin re-opening California, I will be hosting another Town Hall that afternoon at 2 p.m.. I will provide the latest information regarding the state’s response to this crisis and answer your questions. The Town Hall will be hosted on my Facebook page.
