There’s no better time to enjoy the enchantment of some of our City’s premier open spaces, and now there’s no barrier to doing it. The SF Board of Supervisors earlier this week passed legislation introduced by Mayor London Breed to make admission to the Conservatory of Flowers and Japanese Tea Garden free for San Francisco residents and all veterans.
A proposal by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department recommends merging the Conservatory of Flowers, the Japanese Tea Garden and the Botanical Garden into a new entity to be known as “The Gardens of Golden Gate Park.”
