Our kids found this large piece of wood/platform on Ocean Beach at Santiago and used the driftwood, rope, trees and other debris washed up from the storm last night to make it into a giant play sculpture.
Thought you all might want to see it. We cleaned up a bunch of plastic and foam while there. Hoping these local tales of great beauty from our surrounding nature can also inspire folks to pick up trash while visiting and inspire them to pause at their use of single use plastics. Winter always uncovers our waste at the beach.
