I would like to suggest that all/most public trash receptacles be removed from the Richmond District.

They are an invitation to open dumping. It’s grown from simple household trash that should be put in the homeowner’s black bin to outrageous dumping of beds, furniture, and broken electronics. Reporting to DPW at 311 does not get the most abusive trash cans removed. There are rare instances of trash cans being removed.

I was not involved in these cases.
