Robbery With a Gun: 100 Block of El Camino Del Mar, Sept. 3, 10:42 a.m.

The victim was working in front of a residence when the suspect suddenly approached, pointing a gun at her and demanding her necklace. The suspect then ripped the necklace off the victim’s neck and fled the scene in a white pickup truck.

The suspect is still outstanding.

DUI: 800 Block of Clement Street, Sept. 13, 8:10 p.m.

Officers arrived at the scene of a non-injury traffic collision, and observed one of the involved parties showed objective signs of intoxication. Officers conducted field sobriety tests and breathalyzer tests confirming the driver was over the legal limit and under the influence of alcohol. 

The driver was arrested.

Commercial Burglary: 5300 Block of Geary Boulevard, Sept. 18, 10 p.m. 

A suspect gained entry to a store by smashing out a front window, stole cash from the store and fled.

Shoplifting, Assault: 3900 Block of Geary Boulevard, Sept. 19, 3:45 p.m.

The victim saw a known shoplifter in the store and watched as she exited without paying for several items. The victim confronted the suspect outside the store to get the unpaid items back, and a struggle ensued. The suspect punched the victim several times and both fell to the ground.

The suspect then fled the area and was not located after a search of the area.
