San Francisco Police Are Seeking Public Assistance in Locating Suspect Driver of Fatal Hit & Run Collision
On Saturday, April 24, 2021 at approximately 12:20 a.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian at Geary and Park Presidio Boulevards. Officers arrived on scene and discovered an adult male victim suffering from life-threatening injuries, immediately rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. Despite the life saving efforts of the emergency responders, the victim was declared deceased at the scene. The driver and the vehicle involved did not remain at the scene.
The SFPD Traffic Collision Investigations Unit (TCIU) took over the investigation of this Hit & Run collision. The suspect vehicle, possibly a dark colored Mini Cooper convertible, was traveling northbound on Park Presidio and struck the pedestrian walking in the crosswalk at Park Presidio and Geary Blvd. The vehicle should have front end damage caused by the collision.
