This view from 1886 looking east shows the carriage circle at Sutro Heights with Adolph Sutro sitting in a buggy. His conservatory is visible in the distance. The conservatory and almost every other building at Sutro Heights Park are now long gone, but you can still find a little hidden history: the floor to this beautiful glass building.
