The market is starting to heat up. By heat up, I’m talking what little inventory shows up, quickly going into contract. It’s too soon to note any price gains on a larger scale, but it’s safe to say the Sunset and Richmond districts are getting more and more popular (love it or hate it) every day. Our listing at 1742 28th Ave has already seen over 100 people through the door in two days, and that was on Super Bowl weekend.
