Happy new year to everyone in the Richmond/Sunset (or those that aspire to live here). It’s been a typically quiet holiday season in the world of real estate, and the data shows exactly that. Barely a pulse. That doesn’t mean the market has tanked, it’s simply the typical holiday doldrums. Expect things to pick up significantly in the coming months, and hopefully we see a lot more inventory!
