Editor:
I live on Fulton Street in the Outer Richmond. The other day, when I was sweeping the dead leaves in front of the house, I noticed a young man, presumably in his twenties, walking west on Fulton humming loudly to himself. From afar, it looked like he was making some gyrations as if to practice dancing. However, as he approached, I realized that as he was loudly humming to himself, he was checking out the doors and trunks of the parked cars to see if they would open. I realize that the playful humming and gyrations were simply a just to hide the truth of what he was doing. Please be careful and make sure to lock your cars.
