Honoring civil rights leader

Activist groups representing feminism, ethnicity and sexual identity rights were represented at a Dare to D.R.E.A.M festival, honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., which was held at the Richmond District Neighborhood Center, 741 30th Ave., on Monday, Jan. 23.
